Ever feel like you’re meant to have it all figured out by January 1st? Yeah, me neither.
This week’s a short one – we’re celebrating what you actually achieved this year and I’m giving you full permission to not have your 2026 plan sorted yet.
Consider this your official permission slip to just be for a bit.

Welcome to a slightly different episode of Quiet Confidence.
I’m staying true to my commitment to my marketing rhythm so this episode is still being published even though it’s Christmas Eve.Â
This is the Celebrating Your Wins episode.
Let’s take a second to acknowledge what you’ve achieved this year.
You showed up. created content, had client conversations, and you probably launched something or tried something new.
And all of that takes courage, especially when the world is constantly telling you to be louder, to post more, to do more.
But you did it in your own way, and that’s the hardest and most important part.
Maybe you got some amazing client results this year, or you had a launch that went better than expected, or you just had loads of those moments where someone said, oh my God, you’re in my head, and it made you think, yes, this is why I do this.
I want you to celebrate all of these wins because they matter.
And even the smaller stuff, like the weeks you stuck to your content plan, the boundaries you set, the times you said no to, the things that would’ve drained you, and the mornings you actually took time for yourself before diving into work.
All of this is creating the sustainable business that you actually wanted, not the one everyone says that you should have.
So give yourself some credit. You’ve done amazing.
I notice that time of year when everyone’s talking about New Year’s resolutions and fresh starts and all that jazz.
But if the thought of planning 2026 right now just makes you feel tired, that’s okay too.
You don’t have to have everything figured out by January 1st.Â
Sometimes the most productive thing you can do is rest and not think about your business for a few days.
I know that’s hard for us, especially if you’re running your own business, there’s always a feeling of “I should be doing something”, but the work will still be there in January.
Your business isn’t going anywhere and you’re gonna make better decisions when you’re rested than when you’re burnt out.
So consider this your permission slip to just be just for a few days at least.
Just chill. You’ve earned it
I just want you to take a moment to say thank you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for listening to this podcast, for trusting me with your time every week it is been so amazing to get all the lovely messages of you implementing things or telling me when an episode sparks something.
This podcast has genuinely been the highlight of my year and I can’t believe it took me so long to start it because it’s been the most fulfilling thing I’ve created, and that’s mostly because of you listening to it.
So thank you. Truly from the bottom of my heart,
I hope you have the best Christmas if you’re celebrating, and a good rest if you’re not, and I hope you’re surrounded by people who make you laugh and light you up, and enjoy making memories and being present in life without thinking about work for a bit.
I will be back with another episode on New Year’s Eve where I’m gonna talk about 2026 trends and reflections for you to think about before we go into the new year.
Until then, keep embracing your quiet confidence so that you can make that loud impact in the world. Speak soon. to.
